With over a decade of experience across some of London and Europe’s most renowned bars, he is celebrated for his refined technique and imaginative approach to cocktail creation. Giorgio has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay OBE on signature cocktail menus and his work has been featured in Financial Times – How To Spend It and Bar Business Magazine. He designs bespoke cocktail experiences for luxury events across the UK and Europe.
